Dr. Warkol has a wonderful bedside manner and is extremely thorough with her differential. She will sit and discuss her diagnosis and plan until I understand the process with treatment options and follow up. I was grateful to discover Old Greenwich Medical Group when I relocated to Riverside CT 8 years ago. Dr. Warkol's profile spoke to my needs, and it has been a wonderful experience having her as my physician. The office staff is equally fabulous with little wait time and lots of solid communication. I have been a patient of Dr. Rebecca Warkol at the Old Greenwich Medical Group since 2014, when I was looking for a GP in the Greenwich area where I work. I could not be happier with the service I receive at Old Greenwich Medical Group, the reception staff is always pleasant and makes me feel welcome when I come in for an appointment. If I call with questions they are addressed immediately when able, or will be provided with the necessary follow-up call if it can’t be answered at that time. In the past I would always go to an urgent care is I came down with a sinus infection, etc. but now I am able to call and get immediate appointments when something like that arises which I appreciate because now it is my doctor that is addressing all my medical issues instead of a physician elsewhere that does not know all of my medical history. I cannot say enough about Dr. Warkol and her commitment to her patients. She is genuinely concerned for health and well-being of her patients. I like the fact that Dr. Warkol listens to your concerns and doesn’t dismiss what paths you may believe in, but will also give the advice that she feels is best for your health in a direct and compassionate manner.
